What do I get with my Groupon?
Your groupon includes our time and talent, up to 1 hour, on location for a lifestyle portrait session, and one professionally developed 11″x14″ print of your favorite image from the session. Digital files are NOT included with the Groupon offer, but are available as a package upgrade if you are interested, and are discussed above. For Headshot clients, we will allow you to exchange the 11″x14″ enlargement for one high resolution retouched digital file.
Can I purchase the digital files from my session?
We offer individual fully retouched high resolution files at $50 per file, or you may purchase all your photos on disk for $500. Digital files are for personal use only (ie reprints). We still maintain the copyright of the images. Lower web resolution files are available for $20 per file, and are perfect for use such as online dating, social networking profiles, etc.
What can my groupon be used for?
You may use your Groupon towards our lifestyle portraits which includes Family, Newborn, Kids, Pets, Boudoir, headshots, high school seniors photos and couples. If you have a specific requirement lets chat about it!
Unfortunately Groupons cannot be used towards weddings, or events/corporate events, or commercial photography. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, get in touch with us and we will offer a 10% discount on our wedding packages for Groupon buyers.
Do you shoot newborns or maternity?
We love Babies and Bellies! Please contact us as soon as possible in order to schedule your session around your due date!
How many photos do I get to choose from?
It does depend on the type of shoot and number of people, as obviously the more people we have to shoot, the more selection there is. Boudoir sessions obviously would yield a little less as each shot takes longer to setup. However, we do find we average anywhere between 25 to 60 from a session.
How many people can I include in my photo session?
The Groupon is limited to 4 members per session (yes your dog will count as a member
), however you can add additional members for $25 per member. If you have a family of 18 for example, we strongly suggest contacting us directly 
If you are looking to include your pet, it is handy to have someone else come along that can take hold of Fido whilst he’s not in the photos.
Where will my session take place?
In order to accommodate a large number of bookings and to try and streamline things for you, we will be assigning various locations around the Vancouver area for a particular day. Please check with our calendar for days and locations available.
If you have a particular location and date in mind let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Dates and locations unassigned will be on a first come first serve basis. Make sure you schedule your session early to avoid missing out! Also if you are wanting to have photos of your pet, make sure you schedule a pet friendly location!

How do I schedule a session?
Photo sessions are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Once you have purchased your Groupon head on over to our google calendar to see what days we have session times available. Please bear in mind that as we are primarily wedding photographers, we reserve the right to reschedule sessions booked on Saturdays in the event of a conflicting wedding booking.
What if we want a longer session?
You are more than welcome to extend your session time at a special Groupon rate of $150 per hour.
Can I change outfits?
Totally! You are more than welcome to change outfits during the permitted time. However bear in mind that it will be included as part of your hour.
What should I bring with me?
Feel free to bring some props that you would like in the photos, but just remember you will be the ones carrying them! We have enough equipment to lug around and can’t afford any spare hands.. Sorry! 
What if I am late for my scheduled session?!?
Please plan ahead for things! We all understand things can go wrong causing you to be late, but please be aware that we may shorten your session time in order to accommodate you. If you do not show up for your session without letting us know, your Groupon session will be forfeited.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24hrs notice. If you fail to do so your Groupon will be forfeited. We will allow one reschedule.
What if it rains?
Rain? in Vancouver?.. Noooo…A little drizzle won’t stop us capturing great photos, it even adds a little character to your shoot. However, if forecasted for a torrential downpour, we will allow you one reschedule. Please come prepared for the weather, bringing your cute gumboots and favorite umbrellas. Also don’t forget to dress warmly. If however you have the “hook up”, and your uncle owns a hotel that you can use, feel free to let us know and we will work on the specifics!
Do I have to purchase anything in addition to what is included?
No you don’t, but we think that once you see your photos you will fall in love with more than just one.
What other products do you offer?
After your photo-session we can schedule a viewing in order to show you some amazing products such as metallic prints, fine art canvases, albums and more. We are offering a 20% discount on additional purchases that are made within the first week of receiving your online proofing gallery.
When does my Groupon expire?
Unfortunately we can’t accept Groupons after the expiration date of February 7th, 2012, so please make sure you schedule your photo session to be shot before then.
